We are one of the first "Virtual" insurance brokerages emerging in today's evolving marketplace. We specialize in commercial insurance, although we do have a department setup for personal lines insurance as well as life insurance. The company was started in 2012 and grossed $17k. In 2013 we showed more than 500% growth for a Gross Income of $105k. Currently we are seeking investment capital of $50k for a down payment on an acquisition that will cost $1M and will add an additional $600K of Gross Income. Because we are "virutal" we have very low cost to operate and our profits are very high compared with other "traditional" insurance brokerages. With our marketing intelligence we are confident that we can leverage the cash flow from the acquisition to generate another 15% growth in 2014 for a potential total Gross Income of $805k by year-end.
