Beulah and Savage Mines Hourly Employees' Pension Plan

Beulah and Savage Mines Hourly Employees' Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension based in Englewood, Colorado. Established in 2001, the plan provides retirement and pension benefits to all hourly union employees of the Dakota Westmoreland Corporation and the Westmoreland Savage Corporation and affiliated companies. The plan is managed by the Retirement Committee. Prudential Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company ("Prudential Retirement") is the plan's custodian, trustee and maintains the plan's records.
