Beijing State-Owned Assets Management

Beijing State-owned Assets Management (BSAM) is a sovereign wealth fund based in Beijing, China. Its predecessor was Beijing State-Owned Assets Operation Company, which was founded in 1992, merged with the former Beijing Overseas Financing and Investment Management Center in April 2001. The merged company was subsequently transformed by the Beijing municipal government into a state wholly-owned company.
