Bank Hapoalim

Bank Hapoalim is a major universal bank in Israel with operations in 20 countries.  It was founded in 1921 and its ordinary shares are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.  It has a “bank” license under the directives of Israel's Banking Law. It provides a range of banking products and services to consumers, businesses, and corporations throughout the country. In particular it targets households, private banking clients (affluent), and small business (SMEs). Bank Hapoalim provides various channels to interact with its customers including a variety of self-services products such as mobile applications and platforms, internet online banking, and ATMs. It also offers traditional services through over 270 full-service branches with additional assistance available from its 24 hour call center. For its retail customers it offers various savings plan and deposit products including savings accounts, callable CD deposits, CPI-linked deposits, and foreign-currency deposits.
