AZ Venture Capital is a Phoenix-based venture capital firm formed in 2022 as an independent 501(c)(3) backing early-stage startups in Arizona and broader U.S. opportunities. It co-invests directly in eligible startups and invests as an LP in venture funds, targeting pre-seed through Series B companies with focus areas including enterprise software, SaaS, consumer, climate/cleantech, bio/health tech, life sciences, impact, and selected food and beverage technology investments.
