Astella is a São Paulo-based venture capital firm investing in Brazilian technology companies from pre-seed through Series A, with selective follow-on capacity through Series B. The firm focuses on early-stage SaaS, marketplaces, B2B, fintech, agtech and analytics businesses, uses a value-investing and base-rate approach, and targets 15–20% ownership stakes. Astella has acted as a lead or co-lead investor and backs companies across Brazil and Latin America, with some U.S. investment activity.
