Andover Contributory Retirement System

Andover Contributory Retirement System is a public pension fund based at Andover, Massachusetts. The plan provides retirement benefits to the eligible town employees, the Andover Housing Authority employees, and their beneficiaries. The system is governed by a five-member Board comprised of the town accountant, two members elected by the System's participants, one member appointed by the town manager and one member appointed by the other board members.
