AmBex Venture Group is a private venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley that invests in information technology, health science and financial service companies. Founded in 1996 by Dr. Chong-Moon Lee, the firm provides direct early stage and growth capital to entrepreneurs focused on building companies around new technologies and new applications of technology. To date, the firm's Silicon Valley Venture Fund has invested in 23 startup companies. Through the firm's AmBex Venture Investment Fund, the group invests in other venture partnership funds. AmBex has invested in 26 venture partnership including Sequoia International Partners, Summit Partners, and Goldman Sachs Private Equity Funds.
