Alumni Capital Network (ACN) is a unique private equity firm launched by former Accenture partners who provide equity, expertise and execution capabilities to create value for middle market companies. The fund prefers established entities with positive predictable cash flows, however ACN will consider early stage and negative EBITDA companies where the firm can envision a rapid route to positive cash flow. ACN targets companies that fit the following financial, industry and growth stage profile: EBITDA of $2 - $25+ million; Revenues of $10 - $250+ million; and Industries of business services, consumer, financial services, industrial, healthcare, high technology, outsourcing, retail and transportation & logistics. The firm's inaugural fund (raised in 2007) has $37 million. Alumni Capital Network's main offices are in New York City with Managing Directors based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Columbus and Los Angeles. ACN is open to opportunities across the United States.
