Agents Pension Plan was a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Northbrook, Illinois. Established in 1966, the plan provided retirement benefits to the Allstate Insurance Company and Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company. The plan was administered by the administrative committee, appointed by the pension committee. The members of the pension committee are defined in the plan. The investment of plan assets was the responsibility of the plan's investment committee, which is also appointed by the pension committee.
