Gilon serves as the managing partner of Tamar Ventures. He has also served as the transaction manager for some of Israel's most highly recognized exits and has managed each deal from inception through completion, including pricing and distributions. From 1974 to 1993, Gilon served as a president of various companies representing major U.S. aerospace and electronics corporations. Between November 1993 and June 1995, Gilon served as President of W.S.P. Capital Holdings, an investment firm traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Gilon received a BSEE from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.
