Wan Li Zhu is a Partner at Fairhaven Capital, an early stage focused technology venture capital firm in Boston, and founder and Managing Director of MIT Alumni Angels, MIT’s official alumni-based startup investment network. Wan Li’s investment focus includes enterprise automation, cyber security, and consumer platforms. Prior to Fairhaven, Wan Li ran product development and marketing initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the company’s flagship business software application. Under his tenure, Dynamics CRM became the fastest growing business in the company’s history and launched the first SaaS offering at Microsoft. Wan Li has also spent time at Google in online advertising, at Morgan Stanley in technology investment banking, and at Merrill Lynch in IT. Wan Li is Chairman of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge, an MIT-affiliated global organization that develops entrepreneurs working on groundbreaking technologies. Wan Li also serves as Executive Chairman of the New England Venture Network (NEVN), the largest young venture capitalist association on the East Coast.
