Formed in 2004, Pine Street Capital Partners provides capital to lower market companies, typically with $10 million to $75 million in revenue, and EBITDA margins of 10%+. The firm provides mezzanine and equity capital in support of growth, strategic acquisitions, private equity sponsored buyouts, management buyouts, recapitalizations, and shareholder dividends. Pine Street Capital's preferred mezzanine investment size ranges from $2 million to $6 million and the firm will invest up to $1 million in equity alongside a debt investment. The firm generally invests in manufacturing, business services, consumer products, healthcare, and media companies based in the Northeast and Middle Atlantic regions. Transactions outside these regions will be considered if they meet certain criteria. The firm is currently investing out of its new fund, Pine Street Captial Partners II, which is licensed as a Small Business Investment Company.
