Ancor Capital Partners is an operations-oriented private equity firm focused on lower middle-market manufacturing, distribution and outsourcing companies with an enterprise value of $25-$150 million and an EBITDA of $5-$15 million. Ancor is not limited to a specific industry sector focus, however the firm has extensive experience in health care, consumer staples, and outsourcing. Ancor typically will not consider companies in real estate, energy exploration and production, or highly cyclical industries. The firm targets recapitalizations of privately held business where business owners are provided liquidity, but also where they have the opportunity to help continue the growth of the company.
