Suphie Mesnier- Teissedre serves as Counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Department at Gowling WLG International. She has extensive experience in M&A (domestic and cross-border) matters, in particular in non-listed securities issues, investment funds formation and fundraising, investment regulations and AMF approvals of management companies. She is also competent in investment vehicles, mid-cap private equity transactions, and venture capital transactions. Graduated from the University of Assas-Pantheon Paris II, she was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992. She began her career Lacourte & Balas, Thomas & Associs, Lefvre Pelletier & Associs and UCITS managers of companies before joining Gowling WLG.
