Stefan Dierckx is a Co-Founder of The Glue and serves as its Board Member. He is a Co-Founder of The Alliance. He serves as Chief Executive Officer at Exellys. He is Founding Partner and CEO of Projective, a leading company specialized in pan-European program and project management for the financial services industry. Under his leadership, the company has grown to a team of more than 85 project managers with offices in Brussels, London and Amsterdam. Stefan is also a Co-Founder of Minos Capital, an early-stage private investment firm focused on FinTech investments. Stefan is currently still involved in a broad range of high-end change programs within the banking industry in Europe. This experience helps him to further shape his view on the financial industry's trends and issues. Prior to Projective, Stefan was a Managing Principal of Capco (FIS), a global business and technology consultancy company dedicated to the financial services industry. Stefan holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
