Before creating LendingClub, he worked long the world's largest enterprise software company Oracle, is mainly responsible for the design and development of high-availability systems and real-time online service. He has served as senior manager of the database server core technical team, and led the team to develop real-time online system management and diagnostic services, he was an early advocate of the use of Oracle's global real-time collaboration products. He has been the World Economic Forum (Davos) awarded honors, led the development of the system to obtain the title of Technology Pioneers. He is also a Co-Founder of Upgrade.
