Scott DePetris

Scott DePetris serves as President & Chief Operating Officer at Portware. He drives the day-to-day business and works closely with the global client base to ensure Portware's expanding suite of solutions and services continuously meet clients' evolving requirements. Prior to Portware, DePetris was the co-founder and senior vice president of ExchangeLab, Inc, an intellectual property development company for financial services technologies. DePetris helped to incubate a number of successful FinTech start-ups and helped orchestrate the sale of ExchangeLab's primary asset, Financial Auction Network, to a consortium of investment banks, which was later launched under Nasdaq as Primex. Earlier in his career, he specialized in equity derivatives at The Goldman Sachs Group, and previously served on the board of directors at Dekania Acquisition Corporation (Amex: DEK.U). DePetris is a board member of the prestigious Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is an active philanthropist, serving as Chairman of the board of directors at LSA Family Health Service.
