He is an investor and business angel, as well as the founder of "Grger Management". As former o2 Germany CEO, Rudi successfully grew the company value from 500 million to 10 billion Euro. He is a holder of the Bavarian Medal of Honor and sits on several advisory boards of the Bavarian government. He earned his honorary doctorate from the Technical University in Munich in Business Administration.
