Robert Allison

Robert Allison is the Founder and serves as Principal and Managing Partner at Innovate Partners. Allison primarily manages the firms Emerging Growthand Equity Fund that invests in technology, business services and consumer based companies in principally, Southern California. Innovate has led more than 14 investments since 1995 including Jabra, Interworks, Co-Ev Magnetics, Expensable, Ultimate Ears, Swell, Ocean Minded, Emisense, Pear Sports, Canopy HR, Metropark, Innovate Motorsports and GoFit Foods. Allison also served as a General Partner of Edgewater Private Equity Funds, based in Chicago from 1998 through 2004. Prior to forming Innovate, Allison served as the President of Aurora Electronics, SVP of Arrow Electronics and Founder and CEO of Insight Electronics. Bob holds a BA in Business from California State University Northridge. Allison serves as a board member at Fashion Audio. He also serves as the CEO at Interworks.
