He has 15 years of executive search experience and has led more than 200 client engagements at the Board and senior executive level for Technology industry Venture Capital and Private Equity portfolio companies across all commercial and technical functions. Rick previously established and helped scale two executive search boutiques recognized for expertise in Investment Banking, Investor Relations and Technology industry recruitment. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Justworks and Stayful. He formerly served in this capacity for Vringo (NASDAQ:VRNG) through its IPO. Rick holds an MFA from Yale University and a BA from The Pennsylvania State University.
