He co-founded Orchestream and Tideway, which he sold to Oracle and BMC Software respectively. He was EIR at Accel Partners Europe and Interim CEO of Automic, a ???120m revenue IT automation company. Richard was an Advisor to Pantera, Acunu (sold to Apple) and Radiant Minds (sold to Atlassian). He is Governor of We Are Family Foundation and a WEF Technology Pioneer. He has a Cambridge MA Engineering degree.
