Maranon's team has worked on many different types of transactions and seeks to provide senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity co-investment capital to private companies for leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, growth initiatives, acquisitions, and ESOPs. The firm's partners have experience in several broad industries including: business services, consumer products and services, distribution, healthcare services, and manufacturing. The firm offers a broad product line including: Revolving Lines of Credit ($10 to $50 million); Second Lien Term Loans ($10 million-$50 million); Mezzanine Debt ($5 million-$30 million); and Equity co-investments (up to $10 million in conjunction with mezzanine). The firm does not provide capital for early-stage or project based transactions, short term financing bridges or operationally distressed businesses.
