Pradeep Rathinam

Pradeep Rathinam serves as Chief Executive Officer & is a Co-Founder at SmartAssist.io. Rathinam serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Aditi Technologies. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the High-Tech industry, serving in executive leadership, sales and marketing roles at Microsoft, Lotus and Unisys. He has a track record of running high performing sales business units. He has orchestrated multimillion dollar contracts, implemented innovative sales strategies and turned under-performing business units around. Prior to joining Aditi, he served as the General Manager of the Microsoft ISV business unit. He is actively involved with the software community in Seattle and has been on the Board of the Washington Software Association ("WSA"). Pradeep holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Delhi University.
