Phillip Strazzulla is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at NextWave Hire. Strazzulla is a Co-Founder and serves as the President at LifeGuides. He has previously worked with Bessemer Venture Partners. An NYU and Harvard Business School (MBA) graduate, Phil started his entrepreneurial journey in college interning at a New York based marketing company. Since then, he's worked for one of the world's largest venture capital firms as an investment analyst, taught himself to code, and started NextWave Hire.
