The ComVest Group is a Private Equity firm focused on investing in middle-market companies. Since 2000 ComVest has invested more than $1.6 billion of equity capital in over 115 public and private companies worldwide. The Fund's mandate is to invest in the information technology, healthcare and telecommunication industries with a particular emphasis on distressed, special situation, and mezzanine investment opportunities. The firm seeks to invest $10-70 million of equity, on a control or non-control basis, into healthy or distressed companies (with $15m to $500m of revenue). ComVest is industry agnostic but has specific expertise in Healthcare, Industrial & Manufacturing, Technology & Communications, Transportation and Consumer Products. The firm seeks to invest $10m to $25m per transaction through its debt fund, Comvest Capital (CVC).
