Pavan Vaish

Pavan Vaish serves as Global Chief Operating Officer at UnitedLex. He is a seasoned and skilled professional, Vaish joined UnitedLex from IBM Global Process Services where he was the guiding force behind transforming the company from an emerging enterprise into one of the largest and most respected companies in the Global BPO industry. While CEO of IBM Global Process Services, Pavan was responsible for more than 40,000 professionals and significant delivery centers in India, the Philippines, Egypt, Costa Rica, the United States and Singapore. Pavan also led the acquisition of Redpill Analytics that formed the basis for IBM's high value business analytics group based out of Singapore. Prior to IBM and the founding of Daksh (which became IBM Global Process Services), Pavan co-founded Quadrant Infotech, an offshore data capturing business focused on the US market. Passionate about building organizations that leave a legacy, Pavan has worked hard to create an inclusive, global culture within organizations. He was a member of the IBM Integration & Values Team, a senior leadership team instituted by IBM's Chairman of Board and CEO Sam Palmisano. Pavan is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE). Pavan is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He is also a Graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
