Paul Vlasic is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman at Amplifinity. He also is an Angel Investor. He serves as Investment Committee Member at I2A Fund. He served as Investment Committee Member & Co-Chairman at Chicago Ventures. Paul serves as Co-Founder at RSVP Capital. Paul began his career with Reynolds Metals Company, working in their sales organization then quickly rising through the ranks to run their Detroit office. From there he joined O/E Systems, a $190M IT Consulting Solutions firm, as its Head of Operations and eventually became the Chairman of O/E Automation, the parent company, whose largest business unit was an Independent Distributed Technology Leasing Company. Paul completed his undergraduate studies at Rollins College and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with distinction. He serves on a number of non-profit boards including Henry Ford Health Systems, The Henry Ford Foundation, and the University of Michigan College of Engineering's Center for Entrepreneurship. Paul co-founded RSVP Capital with his brother-in-law, Raymond Spencer, in 2007. He brings an astute business and financial acumen to current portfolio companies and potential investments. In addition to his activities at RSVP, he serves as the Chairman of Amplifinity.
