Paul Hammett

Paul Hammett serves as Co-Founding Partner & Advisor at Clearbrook Capital Partners. He is also an angel investor. Paul has 17 years of direct investment and advisory experience. He is responsible for managing the execution of acquisitions and business strategies with portfolio companies, including fundraisings through the debt capital markets. From September 2010 to March 2014, Paul was a member of the Supervisory Board of NordFinanz AG (a German retail bank) and he has served on the board of a number of UK and European based companies. Paul has served in operational roles of portfolio companies including CFO, COO and CEO on an interim basis. Previously, Paul worked in the Principal Finance Group at WestLB and began his career at Arthur Andersen in the Financial Markets Division where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Paul is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University.
