Ms. Allen serves as Chief Financial Officer for the general partners and investment managers of the FCA Funds. Within the FCA Funds, Ms. Allen is involved in financial and tax reporting to investors as well as due diligence, investment structuring and dispositions. Ms. Allen joined Clayton Associates in 2000 and has been involved in various aspects of FCA II, FCA III, FCA IV, and FCA V since that time. Within the FCA Funds, she is involved in due diligence and ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies, as well as investment structuring of initial and follow-on investments in and dispositions of portfolio companies. Ms. Allen serves as a board member for Inova Payroll, Inc. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Allen was in public accounting for over 20 years prior to joining the FCA Funds in 2000. She served as the tax partner at Heathcott and Mullaly and Hill, Neal and Allen, both Brentwood, Tennessee public accounting firms. During her career in public accounting, Ms. Allen consulted with many investment partnerships in the area of financial reporting, due diligence and taxation as well as assisting clients with angel investment decisions. Ms. Allen is a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
