Nancy Peretsman

Nancy Peretsman, Managing Director at Allen & Company LLC, has served as advisor to many of the world's largest media, communications and consumer companies. Since joining Allen & Co. in 1995, Nancy has provided advice and capital to over one hundred small high growth businesses, including Priceline.com, on whose board she continues to serve. Prior to Allen & Co., Nancy worked as a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers, heading the worldwide media investment banking practice. Over the last decade, Fortune has named her among the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business. Additionally, Peretsman serves on the Boards of Trustees at Princeton University and Institute for Advanced Study and on the Board of Directors at Teach For America. She received an undergraduate degree from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School in 1976 and earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management in 1979.
