Mike Zuercher joined Integreon in 2009 and as Chief Legal Officer, he oversees the company’s internal legal functions. He has also served as the company’s USA country head since 2012.
Prior to Integreon, Mike served as senior vice president, corporate affairs, general counsel and secretary, for First Consulting Group, a publicly-traded firm that provided IT outsourcing, consulting services and software products to the healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries prior to being acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation in 2008. He previously served as senior director, legal affairs and corporate secretary for Stamps.com Inc., where he played an integral role in the company’s initial public offering.
Mike earlier worked as an associate in the business and technology group of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, representing private and public companies in corporate, M&A and securities transactions.
Throughout his career, he has worked on numerous transactions with investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms, as well as advising in the areas of corporate governance, public company reporting and SOX compliance, M&A, investor relations, licensing, executive compensation, risk management/insurance and procurement. He also has significant commercial contracting and negotiations experience, having completed several large, complex outsourcing transactions.
Mike holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both economics and political science from Stanford University and a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is also a Certified Director as a result of completing the director training and certification program at University of California at Los Angeles’ (UCLA) Anderson School of Management.
