BIA Capital Strategies, LLC is a specialized, research-oriented investment bank serving the media and communications industries. The firm operates BIA Digital Partners, a private mezzanine fun that provides subordinated debt and preferred equity for private telecommunications, media, entertainment and information services companies throughout the U.S. The Fund's objective is to provide flexible, cost effective junior capital that allows companies to respond to opportunities and thus enhance shareholder value.
