Point Lookout Capital Partners is a New York City based private investment firm specializing in control investments in privately-held businesses in the United States and abroad. The firm's investment objective is to locate cash flow positive businesses owned by individuals who wish to grow their companies. Point Lookout's criteria for investment is focused on companies generating between $2 million and $10 million in EBITDA. The firm's target equity investment size per transaction is $5 million to $15 million, however, the firm has made targeted equity investments in amounts less than $5 million. The firm prefers investing in businesses in which current owners and managers desire to own and actively participate in the ongoing business affairs of the company after Point Lookout's investment, although such participation is not a requirement. Point Lookout's areas of investment include, but are not limited to, the defense, media, consumer products and manufacturing industries.
