Michael De Anda is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Foghorn Capital. He is also an angel investor. He is a Board Member of Veri-Tax, Federal Research, and Therapydia. He has over twenty years of experience in private and public investing and has served on numerous Boards of Directors. Prior to forming Foghorn Capital, he founded and managed de Anda Capital, a family office and currently serves as its Principal. de Anda has been investing in privately-held companies since 1993. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Pricing Dynamics, American Biosurgical and Mazunte, and is an advisor to Verve Wireless. Previously, he was an advisor to E-coupons and sat on the Boards of NetHandicap and Federal Research prior to the acquisitions of these businesses. Prior to his full-time management of the de Anda Capital family office, de Anda was a General Partner of Eureka Capital, a small-cap focused hedge fund. de Anda is a member of the DePaul University College of Commerce advisory council. de Anda earned his C.P.A. in Illinois. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. De Anda serves as Chairman at American Biosurgical. Michael also serves as Director at BrandFidelity.
