Dr. Mehmet Oz is a Co-Founder and serves as a Board Member of Sharecare. He serves as Executive at Enforcer eCoaching. He serves as Advisory Board Member at NGN Capital. He serves as Advisor at Radius Ventures. He is the Vice-Chairman of Surgery and Irving Professor of Cardiac Surgery at Columbia University and directs the Cardiovascular Institute and Complementary Medicine Program at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He has authored five New York Times Best Sellers, over 400 original publications, book chapters, and medical books, has a regular column in Esquire and O magazines and has received several patents. For five years, he served as the Health Expert on The Oprah Winfrey Show and is now a host of syndicated talk show, "The Dr. Oz Show" and a daily talk show on Sirius XM Radio's "Oprah & Friends." Dr. Oz is also the founder and Chairman of HealthCorps, a proactive health movement dedicated to educating and empowering youth to take charge of their health. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University (1982) and obtained a joint MD and MBA (1986) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Wharton Business School. He was awarded the Captain's Athletic Award for leadership in college and elected Class President twice followed by President of the Student Body during medical school.
