Marvin Andrä

Marvin D. Andrä is Partner at Hanse Ventures. He supports our portfolio in scaling and initiates new startups. Marvin (born in 1982) founded his first and award-winning company Bagpax at the young age of 21, while he was still studying. Business Week announced him to be among Europe’s Best Young Entrepreneurs during that time. In the meantime, he was on advisory boards of several domestic and foreign startup companies and on the executive board of the listed company Capital One AG. Moreover, he operated as a Rescue Manager for Unister Holding. During his time as Investment Manager for High-Tech Gründerfonds, Germany’s most active and leading seed stage investor, he supervised more than 12 equity companies, among which was the Hanse Ventures investment REBELLE, a second hand market place for luxury fashion. Marvin is a certified Private Equity Analyst and familiar with all aspects of startup funding.
