Marshall Durston is the Managing Director of Spaulding & Slye Investments. In this capacity he is responsible for the performance of an existing portfolio of properties valued at approximately $1 billion in venture with a number of institutional clients. His experience includes the acquisition, development, management and disposition of a myriad of properties over his 30 year career with the firm. A former Regional Director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Mid-Atlantic region, Mr. Durston has been a member of the firm’s strategic committee, and currently serves as one of six members of Spaulding & Slye Investments’ Investment Committee. Mr. Durston holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Denison University.
