Mario Bodini

Mario Bodini is an Angel Investor. He serves as Non-Executive Director at FireDrop. Started working with a local tour operator who owned their coaches, which gave him the opportunity to develop a very successful programme for social clubs. In 1982-1990 joined JacTravel. Initially set up a UK outbound division. This grew rapidly and a European tours division was added, soon followed by an Educational department. In 1990-2000 on becoming MD began expansion plan of the DMC business with openings in Canada, France, Ireland, Scotland and Russia, combined with a number of sales offices worldwide. As CEO of JacTravel, entered the online wholesale market. Rapid period of expansion involved establishing a robust IT platform and a complete infrastructure to deliver high volume hotel sales across multi markets.
