Lisa Wong

Lisa is the Chief Compliance Officer at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, she was the Head of US Legal and Compliance at Pantheon Ventures, a private equity fund-of-funds manager, and was responsible for overseeing all US legal and regulatory matters for the firm. She worked closely with the investment teams on structuring and closing investments, as well as the marketing and client service teams on fund formation and closings. Lisa also developed, implemented, and supervised the administration of the firm’s US compliance program. Prior to Pantheon, Lisa was a corporate attorney at law firms including Dewey Ballantine, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, and Baker & McKenzie, and worked on a variety of M&A, corporate restructuring, venture capital, and general corporate matters. Lisa received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her B.A. from UC Davis.
