Liping Cao

Ms. Liping Cao has extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and merger and acquisition. Prior to joining Shunwei, Ms. Cao was at a renowned international law firm and a first-tier PRC law firm for years, and worked on foreign direct investment, venture capital investment, private equity transactions, and merger and acquisition. Ms. Cao also worked at a large national oil company on outbound investment. Ms. Cao graduated from Tsinghua University and Columbia University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the PRC and the State of New York.
