Leszek Orlowski

Leszek Orlowski Director responsible for execution of fund’s investment strategy – focused on projects selection, deals structuring, supervision over portfolio companies. Before joining bValue he advised both startup and large companies as a manager in PwC within over 40 assignments. He has hands-on experience in crafting market entry strategies, search for strategic investors, commercialization, technological due diligence of start-ups and technologies. He acted also as a corporate finance expert within M&A, financial restructuring as well as tax optimization projects for largest Polish companies. Before PwC, Leszek gained experience in Black Lion private equity fund. He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics. In 2011 he was granted Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter.
