Laurie Miller

Laurie Miller serves as Partner at Ice Miller. She is also an Angel Investor.She focuses her practice in corporate law, with experience in negotiating, managing and completing complex financing transactions and business transactions. She also assists corporations with negotiating complex leasing transactions, equipment purchase and procurement agreements. She has experience in industrial development revenue bond issuances. Laurie graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1990 with a Bachelors of Art in political science. She received her juris doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 1995, with honors.
