Larry Moss

Larry Moss is an experienced entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing and Business Finance. Larry has brought his extensive experience in sales and marketing to his pursuit of the residential real estate market and has successfully grown his portfolio over the last 10 years with purchase and sale of over $120M worth of properties located in Ontario and British Columbia. He has diversified real estate investments comprising of both existing rental properties as well as new property development including renovation and/or new construction. He is an active member of REIN Canada and has been recognized by the association with several awards. In addition to his real estate investments Larry is also a part time venture capital investor, focusing his investments towards emerging technologies. When not working, Larry can usually be found travelling with his family.
