Larry Mihalchik

Larry joined Next Step LivingTM in March 2013 with an extensive management career primarily with technology companies in the Boston area. Prior to Next Step LivingTM, Larry was the CFO of Advanced Electron Beams (AEB), a venture-backed company that developed and manufactured electron beam technology and equipment, for seven years. During his career, Larry has held executive positions with both emerging companies and more mature entities needing to improve their financial performance. He led the Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) of Timberland and Chomerics; as CFO, he negotiated and managed the sale of three public companies at significant premiums; and, he has raised over $75 million from venture capital private equity firms. Larry has also served on the Board of Directors of several companies, both as a non-management member and in his executive capacity. Larry is a graduate of Westminster College (PA) with a B.A. in Finance and Accounting. He also received his CPA certificate. He and his family live in Newbury, Massachusetts.
