I concentrate my legal practice on corporate and financial matters for investors and businesses at all stages of development. I represent emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and angel investors in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, private tender offers, and other complex transactions. I frequently act as outside counsel to startup company clients in various industries, inside and outside the technology sector, advising them on matters such as formation, corporate governance, and joint ventures. My experience also includes representing private equity funds and their limited partners in matters relating to fund formation and administration.
