Dr. Li is President of Raisin Technologies. She conducts private equity
placement, venture capital advisory and marketing service in the compound
semiconductor industry. Kuohsiung managed device and technology development
for Anadigics. Her device technologies enabled Anadigics to be the first high
volume commercial IC manufacturer in the GaAs industry. Dr. Li received a
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University in 1987. Kuohsiung
has been serving on the Board of Directors of GaAs MANTECH for nearly a decade
and was the 1998 Conference Chairperson.
