Kenneth Pasternak

Kenneth Pasternak is a Co-Founder and serves as Executive Chairman at KABR Group. He also serves as Managing Principle of Chestnut Ridge Capital. Pasternak has over 25 years of experience investing in real estate. The Pasternak Family Office currently owns and/or operates approximately $100 million worth of real estate assets. Pasternak began his career at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg in 1979 and eventually became the head of all capital markets. In 1995, Pasternak co-founded Knight Trading Group, a publicly traded multi-billion dollar financial services company. Pasternak served as Knight"s Chairman and CEO from its founding through 2002. While there, Pasternak engaged in more than $1 billion of capital transactions and managed a $5 billion balance sheet. Under his leadership, Knight"s market capitalization exceeded $5 billion. After retiring from Knight Trading Group, Pasternak founded Chestnut Ridge Capital, LLC, a Northern New Jersey family office with over $300 million in assets under management.
