Kelsey Morgan

Kelsey Morgan is a Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at Nex Cubed. She is an Angel Investor. Previously, she was a Managing Director at NextGen Venture Partners, an early-stage VC firm with offices across the country. While at NextGen, she launched the NYC office, spearheaded the first fund, led investments from NYC and the Bay Area, served on the investment committee, and built a coalition of 100+ technologists and investors who act as venture partners. Kelsey was also a Director at Techstars where she sourced and diligenced over 40 seed stage investments for the fund and launched three accelerator programs in conjunction with Disney (digital media and entertainment), R/GA (IoT), and Kaplan (edtech). A graduate of Harvard Business School, Kelsey has an extensive background in private equity and M&A, including experience with The Carlyle Group, 3i Group, and Credit Suisse. Over the course of her career, she has completed transactions totaling more than $20 billion. She is a frequent guest lecturer, board member of Harvard in Tech, and advisor to multiple early-stage startups.
