Kathryn Marshall

Kathryn joined Gold Hill in 2005. She currently manages the daily operations of the Finance team, including the quarterly financial statement process, cash forecasting, investment valuations, and LP communications, as well as the ongoing tax and audit requirements. Previously, Kathryn worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers' San Jose Assurance and Advisory Services practice where she serviced a wide range of technology and venture capital clients. While at PwC, Kathryn also assisted in implementing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance practices within client operations through internal controls assessment. Kathryn graduated with honors with a BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and holds a Certified Public Accountant license (CPA).
